The purpose of the survey is to gain an accurate perspective of the league’s climate and give awareness and/or support for those advocating or approving possible rule additions and change. With that being said, it does not guarantee possible rule additions or changes to the league; no matter what the results are in the league survey. However, it does not discredit the opinions and/or voting majority from the survey’s results. If there is a decision process on a potential rule changes/additions, ADMIN will adhere to the survey results as they are a deciding factor in the process.
Ultimately, ADMIN focuses on maintaining and improving these values (no significant order): league balance, fair compensation, continuous league activity, player movement, opportunities for player retention, fair player salaries, and league entertainment. If the results from the league survey helps the league values, then it could be considered or added on to the league rules. Till then, please fill out the survey and enjoy the rest of the season.
