This is a league poll for public opinion on this matter, NOT confirming a rule change.
my view: I wouldn't mind an arbitration style of MiLB contract or one where salary is voted on. Overall, at the end of the player's MiLB contract, it makes more sense to have players (who are stars or above average) at an higher salary.

Adding to my opinion:
If you look at majority of pro sports, rookie contracts are annually increased by a small margin. Standard practices across many pro sport platforms, this suggestion reflects that; on the contrary to our fixed salary structure. Based on the GroupMe discussion, it is understandable that below average player shouldn't have the same salary as star players. However, this also means star player's salaries should not be the same as average to below average players; they are in a different tier and future salaries should reflect from their performance. Overall, in the grand scheme of things, after MiLB contracts, there should be a difference in salaries from players performances or a general increase to reflect inflation and market value.

In total, 51% are in favor for "leaving it how it is" and 49% are for or interested in a MiLB Arbitration style of contracts. Some ADMIN may create a few proposals in regards of the amount of members that are interested. Also, feel free to reach out with any MiLB Arb ideas; this is your league also.
