It's been brought up that the team who owns an RFA has a lot of power in negotiations compared to the team who won the bid. An idea has been presented to try and level the playing field. If the player is traded to the winning team the RFA comp picks can be included in the deal along with other pieces to incentivize a deal with the team who bid highest.
Example: Michael Conforto is won with a bid of 4/$22 by Oakland, which has a 1st round team pick and 1st round comp pick. I can match and trade with all 29 teams, but if I trade with Oakland he can offer additional assets along with the comp above as an incentive for me to trade with the winning team.

It’s their tag they own so they should have all the power. There are too many comp picks already. I’m still for it I guess

The power should stay with the team with the tag. What's the point of tagging players if you don't have leverage to keep or move said player. The power is still there for the owning team as they don’t have negotiate with winning team and can match/decline freely. This is to help the winning team with negotiations with owning team, if they choose to want more comp or other things.
