"Shorten rookie deals to 3 years and FT to 3 years. Superstars get locked down for super cheap too easily"

"Trade tags without player and maybe allow for tags to be used however the manager decides. Real contract rules on franchise pay. It would give younger guys more money when they deserve it instead of the automatic 4/$3"
Responses for "In the league, If you could add, drop, and/or change any rule(s), what would it be?"
"RFA should be the main part of player movement. We should look at putting more talent in there."
"Just the eating salary rule, tough to wait till july"
"The one thing I would change is that every team must have a slot filled with an active MLB player (no green flag). This will encourage holding onto players or getting more value for them when traded as a slot will not be allowed to remain empty or filled by a player in the minors. I have not completely developed this idea, but my thoughts are that this would also help with any perceived tanking. There is always a chance that a subpar player has a crazy week amidst his 0ppg average. This will also allow for only a max of 38 minor league players as the other slots will have to be MLB players."
"Leagues awesome"
"The cap situation looking for less tanking and trying to be even more competitive"
