I was told by the commissioner to make this poll. Please don't hesitate to add why or why not you want SV/HLDs!

So would this mean saves and holds are combined? Or are they their own category? If they are a combined category wouldn't that devalue closers? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to understand before I vote.

Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to understand before I vote. Yeah this would mean that they would be separated into 2 categories if you vote yes. I agree, I like them as 2 different categories so that closers have some more value

I think they should be combined because it makes things more realistic. In real life if a team don't have an established closer or their closer gets injured then other pitchers can come in and fill the gap. I also think closers will be too highly valued if its just saves since they'll be rather scarce.

Very interesting. I would think it's more realistic to have a closer separate from a set up guy. As far as value it really goes both ways because typically you could have 3 guys with 15 holds each on a team and 1 guy with 45 saves. Either way 60 players at least will be drafted in the RP role.
I vote no for the same reason I wouldn't want runs and RBI's combined. Feels weird.

Personally I'd prefer saves only. No holds. Just one guy's opinion.

I like them in separate categories. Gives a little more value to those RPs.

Having holds and saves creates value for relivers that aren't closers which makes dynsaty leagues a lot more enjoyable and challenging.

I agree with Power rangers Bobby, 30 team league if there is a run on closers right after you pick, there are no closers left. And when that power arm you draft in MILB spends 2 years in the CWS bullpen before they say SP or Closer you need something to cheer for.
