Salary Cap
The salary cap in this league is $160. Managers must ensure they do not exceed the cap. Any manager exceeding the cap will have 72 hrs to comply or 24 hrs of ADMIN notification (if over 72 hrs period). Penalty will be warning, The League Office, may at its sole discretion, assign additional penalties if this is abused. The cap will be reviewed yearly, but don't count on it going up often.
Teams always have to be under the cap allocated by OPENING DAY. Penalties could result in non-accumulation of stats and /or draft pick compensation.

* Under no circumstances should any 1 year of the full contract exceed 125% or be less than 75% of the AAS (average).
* Staggering contracts are allowed (in off-season only), but you must adhere to the contract percentage rule (see above) and they will have an official deadline of one week from each final bid posting.

- After 72 hr period and if team is over cap, they CANNOT trade players to get under cap (unless ADMIN is notified of an on-going trade discussion before the expired time). This is not an extension of a "trading window" after the 72 hrs have passed.
*Expiring contracts are only renewable using the tag process (two FT per player per team) and CANNOT be traded (unless with a tag). Plan your contract terms carefully!
